Jars contain enough loose-leaf tea blend to make about 48 cups. Net wt ~ 1.2 oz. We also have Happy Tummy available in cotton tea bags.
To prepare, bring to boil in water and simmer for 10-30 minutes. Use 1 TBS per quart.
