Description
Ingredients: organic peppermint, organic spearmint, organic rosehips
Jars contain enough loose-leaf tea blend to make about 36 cups. Net wt. ~ 1 oz. We also have Invigorating tea available in cotton tea bags.
Steep for 5-20 minutes in hot water; use 1 tsp per cup or 1 TBS per quart.
