Ingredients: organic spearmint, organic licorice root, organic cloves, fennel seed, ginger root
1 3/4″ x 4″ cotton tea bags contain enough loose-leaf tea blend to make about 12 cups. Net wt ~ 0.3 oz. We also have Happy Tummy available in jars.
To prepare, bring to boil in water and simmer for 10-30 minutes. Use 1 TBS per quart.
