Known as the “Smiling Sammy”, the people-loving Samoyed is part of the spitz family. It is a medium size and fits in well in families. Anyone who has ever owned a Sammy will attest to their intelligence and good-natured personalities, 
which is why they are such an excellent choice for a companion dog. Particularly for those with special needs. Arguably one of the most beautiful dog breeds in the world, the Samoyed’s gorgeous coat is hypoallergenic, extremely soft, and is very low odor.
At Cave Creek Farm, our Sammies are working (read:playing) dogs. Our Sammies do their part to deter predators in the garden, orchard and chicken pen. They try to keep the cows in line, and when there’s snow on the ground, they want to pull the sled!
Cave Creek Samoyeds are AKC registered with champion bloodlines. Eye and hip certifications are available for viewing on OFA. We do occasionally have puppies available. Pontiac
Pontiac is a stunning gentleman! Imported from Russia, Pontiac bears impressive international champion bloodlines. Even more impressive is his phenomenal temperament. Pontiac embodies graceful movement and manners and brings excellent genetics to his progeny.
Lena
Light All Night – aka Lena, is full of energy and excitement. Now 4 years old, she is a smart girl and willing to please. She will be sure to offer a paw if you ever meet her. She loves to go on walks, or more specifically runs. Her favorite treat is chicken, especially with a bit of liver.
Lacy
Alpine Lace – aka Lacy loves to go on adventures. She is the best sledding buddy ever, and her favorite part is to get to be the puller. She loves attention and is quick to do her best tricks, especially if she might just get a bit of turkey or chicken. Lacy is the farm patrol and lets us know when someone is here…. so she can go lick them! Lacy is 4 years old.
Soli
Soli Deo Gloria – aka Soli is a super sweet girl. Pictured here with her first litter of puppies, she has a very sociable and calm personality, she is sure to steal your heart. Soli loves children, keeping watch over them as they play. She loves games, play structures and pretend. Her favorite part is being the teddy bear. She also loves to chew and her favorite treats are rawhides and bones. Soli is nearly 2 years old.
